Sorry for the previous delay. Be aware that we are moving forward on replacing the carpet at the Aerie home.  Please see the three quotes below that we will vote on.

The insurance claim has been completed, and the money is in the bank to accomplish the job.  We have acquired three quotes, and all quotes came in at over $10,000.  Because of the cost the Aerie must first approve the expense then once approved by the Aerie vote the Grand needs be informed and they give final approval to proceed.

Specifics concerning the carpeting has been reviewed by the BOT and have been discussed at a number of Aerie meetings.

This is the formal notice that we will vote on the carpeting at our Aerie meeting on December 19th.  Specifics on the quotes are posted below.

If approved by the Aerie, we then need to inform the Grand and receive approval to proceed.  Please attend to the December 19th meeting and participate in the process.
